The Artwell app serves as a digital platform where auction houses can offer their products and where you can interact with them. You can view artworks, place bids, and make purchases from affiliated auction houses. To operate and manage the app, Artwell processes various personal data.
Through the Artwell app, you can use Artwell’s services. When using the app, Artwell processes personal data necessary to provide the app’s functionalities. It is possible to log in via a personal account.

These data are required to make the service available. If you do not provide some or all of this information, Artwell cannot deliver the requested services. For example, you would not be able to create an account or use the app.
These personal data are retained for as long as the account is active. Once an account is deleted, related personal data are anonymized and/or deleted immediately, insofar as legally permitted.
Payments for products occur outside the Artwell platform. Therefore, Artwell does not process financial (personal) data.
Information about new auctions, products, services, developments, and industry topics is shared via Artwell newsletters.
